VENESSA BOTHA - Head of Human Resources and Finance

As a fully-fledged Global LAPP Subsidiary, LAPP Southern Africa is the only distribution and logistics entity in Africa selling cables, connectors and connectivity solutions for the automation industry.

Dedicated and immensely passionate, Venessa Botha, as Head of Human Resources and Finance, is a woman who holds a senior position in the industry for LAPP Southern Africa and has been successfully adding value far beyond her field for the past 14 years. Venessa is instrumental and is known to be the Managing Director’s right-hand woman, playing a key role in strategically advising on the deployment of the resources to get the best return on investment. Her personal best achievement was her involvement in the purchasing of LAPP Southern Africa from its original shareholders to become a fully-fledged Global LAPP Subsidiary.

Venessa, due to her caring nature, was the initiator of a remarkable post-Covid well-being programme for LAPP Southern Africa.

Be the leader you want to be!
